cabric INSIDE

cabric_inside-logoFar Infrared Technology - More than 15 years of experience in the field of carbon materials have led LinkWin to the development of Cabric, a carbon fiber fabric with the ability to emit FIR (far infrared) energy. LinkWin’s state of the art production facilities in combination with highest quality standards make this fabric a unique base material for a variety of different applications, including medical therapy.

Conventional textile fabrics arenot conductive. Current technology of making the conductive textile include:

1.) Use super fin metallic fibers to spin and/or weave with other chemical fibers to make metallic fiber conductive fabric.
2.) Mix pulverized carbon along with adhesives and coated them on fibers to generate the carbon powder conductive fabric.

CARBON-LAYERThe Non-metal Conductive Fiber Fabric developed by LinkWin is manufactured in ultra high temperature process. Homogeneous fibers are used in the process, and no other chemical fibers are included. Due to the unique characteristics of material itself, and it overcomes the drawbacks of other conductive textile fabric, and it totally matches the developing trend of the new generation textile fabrics toward power saving, environmental-friendly, and electronic application.

  • Fireproof
  • Easy for subesquent manufacturing process
  • High strength and superior mechanical properties
  • Good conductor of heat and electricity
  • High far infrared emission rate
  • Anti-acid/alkali and corrosion resistant
  • Ultra high electromagnetic shielding effect
